We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your service appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns, including offering a complimentary re-cleaning of the affected areas.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the service completion. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
Refunds will be considered only if a re-cleaning attempt has been made and the issue remains unresolved.
Non-Refundable Services
